Building Your Dream Team List!
What is a dream team list? This is a categorized list that consists of people that you would love to have on your team. People who you think would be great for this business. It will be a running list & you should always keep at least 5-10 people per category.
Even if you have just joined or you don’t consider yourself a leader, you should be thinking about who you want on your team. You can also add them to your “see first” list on your Facebook news feed!
It is so important to actively cultivate these relationships. Genuinely interact with these people. ***When you start looking at recruiting as how it could benefit that person instead of how it’s going to benefit you, that’s when it’s going to change your recruiting game!!
Family:
- People you love doing life with. People who support you in every thing you do.
Besties:
- These are your ride or dies. The people who you can call and say “Hey come do this with me I know you will love it. What’s your card number I’m signing you up!?”
Large network:
- These are people who are involved in the community. They may be involved in church or in the charity league or philanthropies.
- People who are actually already posting in stories & being active on their social media profiles.
- People with a large social media following.
Need Money:
- I think this applies to pretty much anyone because who doesn’t need money?! But, think of who you know who may really benefit from a side hustle. People who are going through financial stress right now. Single moms, moms who have multiple kids in sports, teachers, nurses, I could go on for days. There’s plenty of people struggling with everything that’s going on in our country right now. Reach out to them! Think about the ways that a second income could change that persons life! You have the opportunity to share that with them!
Fun:
- These are the people who everyone loves. Maybe the life of the party & you know that if they’re around it’s going to be a good time.
- These people would thrive off of our Pomifera community and probably build amazing friendships.
Business Minded:
- These are the people who have maybe started their own business before or people who have maybe been with a previous direct sales company.
Strangers:
- Think you don’t have a big enough network or feel like you’re stuck on who to reach out to next? Expand your network to fill those spots! Get involved & meet new people. Add yourself to some new groups that relate to your interests and meet some new people!
Task: Organize your dream team by writing down FIVE names in each of the above categories & reach out to a few of them every day!
